Ensuring all of our disposable plates & flatware are 100% biodegradable and made from recycled post consumer waste

 

Asking our purveyors to provide us with organic, locally grown produce and proteins whenever available

 

Offering all of our clients our line of reusable platters and serve ware

 

Recycling all empty bottles and plastic waste at our events

 

Recycle cardboard, paper, glass, aluminum and plastic at our kitchen. As well as recycle used cooking oil for biofuel and composting our food waste for local farms

 

Offer our cafe clients our used coffee grounds as garden mulch, encouraging home gardening

 

Emailing our clients proposals, bills, invoices and almost all correspondence to cut down on paper and ink usage

Good Morning Craig and Zac! I Love this!!  I knew you guys were different the first time I tasted your food! I personally believe in “eating in season” and working with local farmers and suppliers! Not that you are interested in this but, being the foodie that I am, I support local Farmers and sustainable fish and the concept of meats being properly handled!
